Nature, landscapes and animals are my favorites when I am out exploring the world, but I also have a love for still life photography to let my creativity shine when at home in my studio. I love to travel, hike and be out in nature, whether it be in my own yard taking photos of my flowers and the insects and birds my plants attract, or off exploring new places. I live in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area where there is no shortage of beauty and the adventures are endless.
Photography is not my day job, but it is my creative outlet to keep me sane as I journey through this thing called life.
This is how Chasing My Horizon was born! Once I started taking all these gorgeous pictures, I needed to figure out what I was going to do with them! Stock photography is a fun side venture for me, and a way to share my creativity with the world by allowing others to use my images both commercially and personally. My hope is for Chasing My Horizon to become a one stop shop for your stock photography needs, by having a large variety of subjects, themes and genres available for you to choose from. Another way I love to share both my photos and my creativity is designing photo greeting cards and printing them right here in my home using my Professional Canon Printer.
I have always loved to give people unique cards with a special touch and this allows me to fulfill that quest, while also allowing you to do the same! Even in this digital high tech world we live in today, in my opinion nothing beats receiving a tangible card, and when there is a handwritten note inside, it is even better! There is a wide variety of greetings to choose from and I can also do custom greetings with text of your choosing. When you buy my photo greeting cards you help support a small business and I personally print and package all of my cards myself, with the highest standards in mind, in a smoke free home!

I have professional lighting and lots of realistic surfaces to use as backdrops to help bring subjects to life. I have plenty of props to enhance products and an eye for making subjects pop! I can help you have catchy, high resolution photos that will be sure to showcase your product in a pleasing and stylish way! I am a pretty busy gal with my day job, and beyond that just juggling everyday life, but When possible, I will consider doing portraits for people or pets!

I love to find the good in every situation and face life with a positive attitude. Life is too short not to spend as much time pursuing the things that make you feel the happiest and most fulfilled!
